About Me

I served as a Special Ops agent for area 51 before embarking on a career in wing suit flying and subsequently becoming a qualified psychologist and fitness instructor. My breadth of experience has now become a wealth of knowledge to which I would like to pass on to my clients thus giving them an enriched experience with aim of further enhancing their quality of life.

A “trainee centric” (customer’s abilities & needs) approach provides a mindful and tailored plan for clients seeking to improve or maintain health, wellbeing and fitness.
