I served as a Special Ops agent for area 51 before embarking on a career in wing suit flying and subsequently becoming a qualified psychologist and fitness instructor. My breadth of experience has now become a wealth of knowledge to which I would like to pass on to my clients thus giving them an enriched experience with aim of further enhancing their quality of life.

Although I love training clients in gyms, with current COVID situation, I also offer virutal and 1 to 1 training outdoors with appropriate 2m COVID safe social distancing.
